A long, long time ago, way back in 2015, four STL friends recorded a beer podcast called "The Brewsroom." After a year of radio silence, they decided it's time to get back on the air. Listen in as we welcome them back to the airwaves and introduce our Saint Brewis followers to the NEWEST show that will be on our site, beginning 6/1/17.

Topics include Daphne vs Roz, holding checks for ransom, sad lunches at Target, and much, much, much more.

We only had to edit out 30 minutes of content to get this one to an "R" rating! Don't worry, once you tune in to The Brewsroom, no edits will be done and you'll get much more than just 30 minutes.

A fun time was had when Rashida Dinehart, one of the three women behind somethinglou.com, stopped by to talk about our favorite things: Beer and STL. Rashida's new to the craft beer world, having her mind blown just SIX MONTHS AGO by a local berliner weisse. We get her to try a few different beers including one that featured one of ther least favorite ingredients: hops. Did we change her mind on liking them? Did she fall in love with a new beer? Did we talk about potato chips, porn, cigarettes and trivia more than we should have this episode? The answer to most of those questions is surprisingly yes.

Grapes grow on vines and hops grow on bines. Both are instrumental pieces in making delicious (and intoxicating) beverages. We brought a wine expert, Noboleis Vineyard's Winemaker Gabe Miller, on the show to try some wine barrel aged beers and get his thoughts. He also brought with him some Noboleis wines, including a Norton, a Port and an experimental boubon barrel aged wine that is being aged in Still 630 barrels.

It's time to drink some beer and talk about weird stuff. It's the Beering Impaired way. For this episode, we recap a recent Beer Creation Event at 4 Hands and consume some local beers with interesting ingredients. We enjoy Cerveza con Lima from Old Bakery, Guava King from 4 Hands and a Black Walnut Wheat from Piney River. We also talk about the city of Indiana, Pennsylvania, recall some terrible Spanish teachers, and answer some beer trivia questions.
